CAMPING - CAMPFIRE GRUB - PIGGY IN THE BLANKET
This recipe is very flexible. If you like bacon, use bacon. If you like breakfast sausage, use breakfast sausage. If you like smoky links, use smoky links.
Begin by cooking your choice of meat until thoroughly done.
Spray cool skillet with non stick buttery cooking spray and when hot, add one biscuit that has been rolled out as flat as possible.
Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip.
While this side is browning, place meat on one side of biscuit.
Next, carefully fold over to cover 'piggy' in the blanket. A slice of cheese is also tasty when added on top of the meat.
