CAMPING - CAMPFIRE COOKING, THE COPPER POT

Whether you cook your campfire grub in an iron skillet or a well worn bean pot, it's hard to beat one-pot meals.

The following foods are ultra easy to pack to the campsite and can be accompanied by other dry, easily portable items to make a campfire meal that's fit for a Queen!

Canned chili, canned soups, canned chicken and dumplings, canned cream chowder, jarred cheese sauce plus jarred salsa to create a wonderfully wow nacho fiesta, canned hot tamales, casseroles prepared at home and transported in sealed containers to the campsite; canned spaghetti, ravioli, tortellini and macaroni & cheese.

Serve with: crackers, oyster crackers, flatbread, jarred cheese, canned chili sauce, chips, pretzels and of course, smores!
