KIDS & CAMPING
If you haven't introduced your
kid or grandkid to The Great Outdoors, don't let the opportunity
pass you by. Although we are constantly making new memories, most
of us fall back to fondly reflect on our childhood memories more
than any other time in our lives. An exciting camping trip will certainly implant
happy memories for that special kid.
HOW TO MAKE THE CAMPING TRIP SPECIAL:
Take along fun foods such as
Juffy Pop popcorn, smores fixings, hotdogs, and a bait of bacon
and eggs for breakfast. Nothing beats breakfast cooked on
a campfire.
Take along a pair of binoculars,
a book or two that will help identify plants, birds and other wildlife,
and a loop. A loop is a very inexpensive eyepiece that magnifies
nature so that every intricate detail is revealed for the naked
eye.
Plan to tell either scary stories,
funny stories or share family experiences by an evening campfire.
If someone plays a guitar or other portable musical instrument,
that's a memorable experience in the making.
